We can offer a variety of options to our customers:

  1. Shellwork, where the basic conversion is completed with walls, staircase, architraves, skirting boards, windows, electrical installation, plumbing,
    fire doors and safety features in place.
  2. Shellwork Plus - as above but will also include plastering, heating installation and flooring.
  3. Complete - includes 1 & 2 above, plus fitted wardrobes and cupboards.
  4. Deluxe - all of the above, plus the painted/decorated/stained finish of your choice, and tiling of any bathroom features.
