0. Our Operations Director, Andrew McCondach will be personally involved
   in your project from start to finish and will attend site to check quality
   and speed of job at least twice per week.
   
0. We undertake to provide you with a free no obligation quotation and confirmation in writing within 5 working days.
   
0. Our staff are on hand to answer your questions or queries within these hours - Monday to Friday 9am-5pm and Saturday 9am-12pm.
   
0. In the unlikely event of errors and faults we undertake to rectify these
   as soon as is possible and at no expense to the client.
   
0. Clients will be kept fully informed at every stage of the work, including a once weekly meeting with the Operations Director (if required) to discuss progress and any outstanding issues.
   
0. Clients will be given a written schedule of works.
   
0. All tradesmen provided will be fully experienced, knowledgeable and trades-certified.
   
0. All our staff will be friendly and approachable, professional and knowledgeable.
   
0. All work carried out on your premises will be covered by our 
   "Contractors All Risk Indeminity Insurance".
