Grand Design Construction Limited is based in London and is a firmly
established building company which offers the customer the assurance
of being an accredited Member of the Guild of Master Craftsmen, and our Operations Director, Andrew McCondach has vast experience within the construction trade.

We employ registered and certified tradesmen, and as we carry out all
building work ourselves we can maintain very high standards.

Our considerable experience and knowledge of local authority planning regulations ensure your home refurbishments will flow without a hitch.

We place a very high premium on personal service and customer satisfaction
(in fact most of our work is obtained through referrals and recommendations) and, as such, our Operations Director personally oversees each and every project, liaising closely with the client and is always on hand to ensure work
is carried out efficiently, with attention to detail and to a superb standard.
